1. Admission Agreement

By enrolling in MMCGITI, every student agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, policies, and academic standards of the institution.

MMCGITI reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any application
  • Suspend or withdraw admission if rules are violated
  • Update policies when necessary

2. Registration Policy

  • All students must complete registration before attending classes.
  • Registration becomes valid only after payment confirmation.
  • Students must provide accurate personal information.
  • False information may lead to disqualification.

3. Fees & Payment Rules

  • All fees paid are non-refundable except under special approval.
  • Students must pay fees before course access.
  • Installment payments must follow approved schedules.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension from classes.

4. Student Conduct

All students must:

  • Respect lecturers, staff, and fellow students
  • Avoid violence, harassment, or discrimination
  • Maintain discipline and good behavior
  • Follow academic instructions
  • Protect school property

MMCGITI operates a zero tolerance policy for:

  • Cultism
  • Fraud
  • Examination malpractice
  • Violence
  • Drug abuse
  • Sexual harassment

Violation may result in suspension or expulsion.

5. Attendance Policy

  • Students must maintain at least 70% attendance.
  • Continuous absence without notice may lead to removal.
  • Practical courses require full participation.

6. Examination & Certification

Certificates will only be issued when:

  • Course requirements are completed
  • Fees are fully paid
  • Student passes required assessments
  • Student maintains good conduct

MMCGITI reserves the right to withhold certificates if requirements are not met.

7. Intellectual Property

All MMCGITI materials including:

  • Course content
  • Manuals
  • Videos
  • Designs
  • Training materials

Remain property of MMCGITI and cannot be reproduced without permission.

8. Refund Policy

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Course fees may only be reviewed in exceptional cases.
  • No refund after course commencement.

9. Code of Technology Use

Students must not:

  • Hack school systems
  • Share login details
  • Pirate course materials
  • Misuse school digital platforms

Violation may lead to permanent ban.

10. Liability Disclaimer

MMCGITI is not responsible for:

  • Personal property loss
  • Personal injuries caused by negligence
  • External job placement outcomes
  • Personal business losses

11. Certificate Verification Policy

MMCGITI may:

  • Issue digital verification codes
  • Maintain student records
  • Verify certificates upon request

Forgery of MMCGITI certificates is a punishable offense.

12. Amendments

MMCGITI reserves the right to update policies without prior notice when necessary for institutional improvement.

13. Acceptance Clause

By registering with MMCGITI, the student confirms they:

  • Understand the rules
  • Agree to follow policies
  • Accept disciplinary authority of the institution
